Recipe for “healthy cheesecake”
CRUST
- 1 cup of crumbled oats
- 1 cup of crumbled OREO MINI
- 50 ml coconut oil /2TBS and 3/4 cup of melted butter
- coconut
- cinnamon
- 3 TBS of honey
- a bit of salt
FILLING
- 2 x PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- mixed 2 bananas with strawberries
- 3 TBS of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
TOPPING (OPTIONAL)
- fresh fruit
Preheat the oven to 350 F and bake for 30 – 35 minutes. Let it cool and top it with fresh fruit of your choice. Enjoy! 🙂
Recept na “zdravý cheesecake”
KORPUS
- 1 šálka pomletých ovsených vločiek
- 1 šálka pomletých OREO mini
- 50 ml kokosového oleja + 3/4 šálky roztopeného masla
- kokos
- škorica
- 3 PL medu
- štipka soli
PLNKA
- 2x PHILADELPHIA cream cheese
- pomixované 2 banány s jahodami
- 2x vajce
- 3 PL medu
- 1 ČL vanilkového extraktu
Cheesecake pečieme 30 – 35 minút pri teplote 200 stupňov. Necháme vychadnúť a dozdobíme ovocím. Dobrú chuť! 🙂
