Recipe for “healthy cheesecake”

CRUST

  • 1 cup of crumbled oats
  • 1 cup of crumbled OREO MINI
  • 50 ml coconut oil /2TBS and 3/4 cup of melted butter
  • coconut
  • cinnamon
  • 3 TBS of honey
  • a bit of salt

FILLING

  • 2 x PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 large eggs
  • mixed 2 bananas with strawberries
  • 3 TBS of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

TOPPING (OPTIONAL)

  • fresh fruit

Preheat the oven to 350 F and bake for 30 – 35 minutes. Let it cool and top it with fresh fruit of your choice. Enjoy! ­čÖé
